The terms for using this website. Your use of the Kavorly products is covered by a separate agreement inside the app.

These terms govern your use of the Kavorly website at kavorly.com and its subdomains for information and marketing (together, "this website"). They are a website usage agreement — they do not govern your use of the Kavorly products. If you subscribe to Kavorly Compliance or Kavorly Ops, your use of those products is governed by the separate platform agreement (Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement) presented to you inside the application when you create an account.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by EHS Protect Ltd ("Kavorly", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Scotland under company number SC849512, with its registered office at 5 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4AN. 2. Acceptance

By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here, with the effective date shown above, is the one that applies to your visit.

3. The website is for information

This website describes our products and provides guides and free diagnostic tools. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a binding quotation, or a commitment to provide any product or service on particular terms. Product features, availability and pricing described here may change, and are confirmed only in your order form or in the application itself.

4. Free tools and guides — no professional advice

The calculators, readiness checks and written guides on this website are provided as general information and illustrative estimates only. They are not legal, regulatory, information-security, health-and-safety, financial or other professional advice, and must not be relied on as such. Any figures they produce are indicative and depend on the assumptions you enter. You should take appropriate professional advice before making decisions. The free tools run entirely in your browser; we do not receive, store, or see the values you enter (see our Privacy Notice).

5. Acceptable use

You may view, download and print pages from this website for your own reference. You must not:

  • use the website for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, the server on which it is hosted, or any connected system;
  • introduce any virus, malware, or other harmful code;
  • use any automated system, scraper or bot to harvest content, except well-behaved search-engine crawlers acting in accordance with our robots directives;
  • reproduce, republish, sell or exploit any part of the website commercially without our prior written consent; or
  • misuse the contact form or any communication channel to send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited content.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, the Kavorly name and logo, page design, and the underlying code of the free tools — is owned by EHS Protect Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. The Kavorly name and mark are ours. "ISO" and specific standard numbers (for example ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 42001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) are referred to descriptively; Kavorly is independent of ISO and IEC and is not endorsed by them. Microsoft, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams and Entra are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation, used for identification only.

7. Links to other sites

Where this website links to third-party sites, those links are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of any third-party site. A link does not imply endorsement.

8. Availability and disclaimers

We aim to keep this website available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete or current. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the website at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, to the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or from reliance on any content or free-tool output on it, including any indirect or consequential loss. This clause concerns the website only; liability in respect of the Kavorly products is dealt with in the platform agreement.

11. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of this website, are governed by the law of Scotland, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
