Before you assume you need both.
Can we buy Kavorly Ops without Compliance?
Yes. Ops is a product on its own, priced by field users and sites. You switch on the EHS modules you actually run. Kavorly Compliance is optional — add it later if you want that field work to sit inside an ISO management system without re-keying. You don't need a certification project to start logging on site.
Do we have to switch every module on?
No. A five-person site doesn't need fleet, COSHH and business continuity on day one. Turn on incidents, actions and risk if that's the work; add contractors, inspections or training when you need them. Unused modules stay off.
Is Ops the same as ISO 45001 software?
No. Ops is the field system — capture, actions, risk, inspections, people on site. ISO 45001 software is the management system around that work (internal audit, management review, legal register). You can run Ops alone. If you want to run ISO 45001 as a live system, that's Kavorly Compliance — or your existing IMS — with Ops feeding it rather than a second spreadsheet. The certificate, if you go for one, still comes from an accredited certification body. We don't issue it.
Does the software prevent accidents?
No. Software doesn't prevent accidents. People do the work: reporting, investigating, closing actions, running the briefing. Ops makes that work visible, owned and on record so it doesn't live in someone's head or a form that never gets filed. That's the job.
