This notice explains the cookies and browser-storage technologies used on the kavorly.com marketing website. The Kavorly Compliance and Kavorly Ops applications have their own, more detailed cookie policy shown inside each product; this notice is about the public website only.
1. The short version
This website sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, no advertising or tracking cookies, no social-media pixels, and no fingerprinting. The only thing stored on your device is a single, optional preference that remembers whether you chose light or dark mode — and that never leaves your browser.

Local storage is a browser feature similar to a cookie, except it is never automatically transmitted to a web server. This item contains no personal data and no identifier — just the word "light" or "dark".
3. What we do NOT use
- No advertising or marketing cookies.
- No analytics (no Google Analytics, Plausible, Hotjar, Mixpanel or similar).
- No social-media tracking pixels (Facebook, LinkedIn, X and the like).
- No cross-site tracking, and no device fingerprinting.
Because the website sets no cookies and does no tracking, there is no consent banner to click through — there is nothing to consent to.
4. The free tools
The calculators and readiness checks run entirely in your browser. The values you enter are not transmitted to us or stored on our servers; they exist only for as long as the page is open (aside from the theme preference above).
5. Managing storage
You can clear the theme preference at any time by clearing your browser's site data for kavorly.com, or by using your browser's privacy settings. Doing so simply resets the display to its default; nothing else is affected.
6. Server logs
Separately from browser storage, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (for example IP address and request time) to deliver and secure the site. These are described in our Privacy Notice and are not set via cookies.
